How much work goes into ONE of your shows?

Say it's the beginning of the week and you have a show on Saturday night. How long will it take to prepare? Add up all the time it takes to practice, get training, do instrument maintenance, write music, rehearse, talk to the venue, promote the show, drive to the venue, load up/ break down equipment and finally tune or sound check.
